Jonathan Bachison

Jonathan grew up in North Ogden and currently resides in the Ogden area. He was admitted to the Utah Bar in October 2009. He was educated at Weber State University where he graduated cum laude with a BA in Spanish in 2005. He then graduated cum laude from Gonzaga University where he received his Juris Doctorate in 2009. Jonathan was selected to personally represent Gonzaga University along with his teammates in the Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition relating to trademarks and unfair competition in San Francisco in 2009. He also was a Quarter Finalist in Gonzaga’s 2008 intraschool Linden Cup Moot Court Competition. Prior to admittance to the Utah Bar, Jonathan was an extern for the Honorable Greg Sypolt in the Spokane Superior Court in 2008. He also was the Research Assistant to Professor David K. DeWolf. Jonathan also interned for the law firms of James, Vernon & Weeks, PA, in Coeur d’Alene, ID, and also LeBaron & Jensen, PC, in Layton, UT. During law school, Jonathan co-organized a running club to promote friendship, athleticism, and provide a healthy way to manage the stress of pursing a law degree. Jonathan is a scholar of the law, loves people, and truly enjoys providing solutions to legal problems by performing quality research and superior advocacy in both written and oral form. When he is not practicing law, he is playing with his children or spending quality time with his wife, actively engaged in his religious devotion, training for long distance running races, and reading fantasy and science fiction stories and novels (and sometimes writing them too).
